In the last 15 years, Residenza Tor Vergata has been affirmed as the exclusive solution for students and professionals who need to stay in Rome near the University area.

When we started dealing with hospitality, hosting guests for a month to a few years, we were practically the only ones. Today we are still at the top, and our Monosuites are undoubtedly unique. If they try to copy us, there will be a reason!

For permanence longer than 12 months, the standard rent is reduced by up to 15%
